Construction and Demolition Waste
Construction and Demolition Waste, means inert, uncontaminated, non-putrescible materials including but not limited to:
(i) Waste resulting from the carrying out of a construction or demolition activity including but not limited to waste materials such as paper, cardboard, seasoned timber, plaster, paper covered plaster board, metals, glass, ceramics, masonry products, plastics, conduits, pipes, foam insulation, uncontaminated soils and other materials used in the construction of buildings; and
(ii) Small quantities of Brick, Concrete and Slab Asphalt: but excluding domestic waste, regulated waste.
(iii) Materials not accepted liquids, tyres, drums, any regulated waste, asbestos, contaminated soil, and food.

Clean Concrete Only
Clean Concrete Only means concrete and reinforcing steel only. Unsuitable Materials include Asphalt, dirt, gravel, plastic, grass, green waste, wood, glass and any other form of waste.

Dirty Concrete
Dirty Concrete means Concrete and reinforcing steel with dry dirt to a maximum of 25% of any one load, Unsuitable Materials include Asphalt, plastic, grass, green waste, wood, glass and any other form of waste.

Clean Brick, Concrete Mixed
Clean Brick, Concrete Mixed – Brick, Concrete and reinforcing steel only. Unsuitable Materials include plastic, grass, green waste, wood, glass and any other form of waste.

Asphalt Profiling
Asphalt Profiling – Asphalt with a mix of road base. This produce is to be free from any waste contamination

Clean Asphalt
Asphalt, and Road base. Unsuitable Materials include plastic, grass, green waste, wood, glass and any other form of waste.

Clean Fill
Clean earthen material, normally soils, clays or gravels, must be trafficable.

Mud
As for clean fill but wet. Non trafficable by trucks once tipped and spread.

Dry Inert
Clay, silts, sands, & gravels with amounts of brick and concrete, with no maximum particle size. This material must be dry enough to be trafficable on by trucks
when spread. Unsuitable Materials include plastic, grass, green waste, wood, glass and any other form of waste.

Wet Inert
As above but wet. Non trafficable by trucks once tipped and spread.

Green Waste-Timber
Clean green waste or non-chemically impregnated timber, with a maximum diameter of 300 mm. These loads are to be free of contamination such as metals, plastics, masonry, and chemicals.

Stumps and Logs
Clean Stumps, Logs and non-chemically treated timber, above 300 mm in diameter. This material has to be pre-processed prior to shredding. These loads are to be free of contamination such as metals, plastics, masonry, and chemicals.
